A collection of good quality black & white photographs from the archives of R C (Dick) Riley, featuring operations of the Southern Railway and later British Railways Southern Region around London. It illustrates the variety of workings that existed in the years up to the 1960s. Extensive caption detail is provided for every photograph. 112 pages.
