This book contains details of all London Underground stations within the boundaries of the Greater London Boroughs that closed between 1900 and 2006. For each station, a short history is provided along with details of opening dates, closure dates and dates of any changes of name. A number of recent colour or archive black & white photographs are included for each station and in some cases, a map showing the location.
Includes stations which closed completely such as Aldwych, which is regularly used by film crews and also stations which were replaced by newer stations on a different site.
