This book contains black & white photographs taken during the 1960s of vehicles operated by the British Electric Traction group. The group was nationalised and formed part of the National Bus Company in the late 1960s, so the photographs illustrate BET group buses in the final years before nationalisation. Many bus types photographed were also soon to be replaced by more modern, one-man-operated vehicles. Captions accompany each photograph and a short introduction is also included. Hardback. 140 pages.
