Abandoned railway facilities and overgrown tracks can be found in many places throughout Germany. Known as “Lost Places”, they possess a unique aura of history and decay.
This DVD is a compilation of before-and-after scenes of railway depots, stations, trains and lines, both in operation and in their current state. Locations featured include Pritzwalk-Putlitz, Rheine depot, Potsdam Pirschheide, Bitterfeld depot, Brandenburg depot, the Ludendorff Bridge at Remagen, Gelsenkirchen Bismark depot, Blumenberg station, the Potsdam–Berlin main line, Ottbergen depot, and many others.
