The German Class 92 steam locomotives were a family of heavy shunting locomotives originally built for several of Germany's Länderbahnen. The locomotives were all grouped into the designation of Class 92s during the Reichsbahn's redesignation plans in the mid-1920s.

Many of these locomotives saw active service until the 1960s.

This book, an addition to Eisenbahn Kurier's superb locomotive history series, examines the design, working lives, differences between sub-classes and disposal of these locomotives.

Over 350 black & white photographs and diagrams illustrate this comprehensive history of these heavy shunting locomotives. German text. Hardback. 192 pages.
