The fourth book in the London Trolleybus Depot series by author Hugh Taylor. The three depots featured in this volume are Highgate, Clapton and Stamford Hill, and information regarding the routes and the areas worked by each depot is also given. Highgate (previously known as Holloway) and Stamford Hill were previously tram depots, hence the inclusion of a number of tram photos as well, including the last northbound tram through the Kingsway Subway.
There are 302 black & white photos which are presented as either full page or half page pictures and these show images taken in the depots, and vehicles operating on each of the main routes. Full details of destination blinds for each depot are shown, as are many paperwork items relating to these depots. At the back there is a colour spread of eight pages, featuring 15 photos, one of which is displayed as a full page image.
