An album of high-quality black & white photographs of steam trains operating on former Great Eastern Railway lines throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. Author Alan C Butcher has chosen a selection of images from the collection of photographer Dr Ian C Allen and provided extensive captions to accompany each image.

Photographs are arranged into chapters, each covering a former GER line in East Anglia. Lines covered in this book include:
