An album of colour photographs taken in 1975 of railways in India by photographer and steam enthusiast Brian Walker. Photographs include a variety of trains, ranging from express passenger trains to narrow gauge branch lines, including the iconic Darjeeling Himalayan Railway.
Photographs are presented in full-page format with an informative caption accompanying each image. Steam motive power makes up the majority of the images, however some diesel and electric locomotives are also featured.
