A short history of the railways on the island is included, along with a map of Corsica's railways and a review of rolling stock used on the railways since 1945.
The main part of the book is comprised of colour and black & white photographs of railways around Corsica, presented in chapters, with each covering a location or section of track. The photographs cover the islands cities, as well as scenic rural areas, including the mountainous like from Ponte-Leccia to Ajaccio.
Each of the 1200 photographs are accompanied by captions, providing further information about the location and train pictured. French text. Hardback. 448 pages.
