This booklet examines the history of the rail mounted Sea Serpent, or dragon, which was first seen in 1900 in Paris. The rail-based creature carried passengers around a short circuit. In later years, the vehicles operated in several other cities around the world and other examples were built. Also contains a look at some other rail based pleasure rides of the early 20th century.
