Eisenbahnchronik Eifel Band 1: Die Eifelbahn Koln-Trier und die Vennbahn (EK)

Back Order

The first of two volumes looking at the history of railways in the Eifel region of Germany. This is an area approximately bounded by the valleys of the Rhine and the Mosel to the east and south, and by Belgium and Luxembourg to the north and west. This first volume looks at the development of railways across the Eifel region, before going on to look at the two main lines through the area – the line from Köln to Trier and the Vennbahn, which ran from Aachen to Ulflingen (now in Luxembourg). Also looks at the development of major railway depots in the region. Well illustrated throughout with black & white photographs and maps. German text. Hardback. 224 pages.
